We measure site traffic without storing IP addresses and without setting cookies. Two values derived from the connection are recorded: a technical fingerprint, renewed daily, which counts distinct visitors without identifying any of them; and the originating network at /24, which places a visit at city level. Neither can be traced back to a person.
The details you enter — name, email address, company, phone, message — are used only to reply to you and to arrange the meeting you requested. A booking creates an event in our calendar and is confirmed to you by email.
Audience data is deleted automatically after 90 days. Contact requests and meetings are kept for the duration of the business relationship.
No data is sold or transferred. We rely on technical providers for hosting, sending email, protection against automated submissions, and rendering the back-office map.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing, by writing to contact@wavatec.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
